9 day roadtrip from Los Angeles to Charlottesville, VA in 2910 miles.

Day 1: Los Angeles – Flagstaff, AZ (450 miles)

Morning: Depart home at 9am, arrive in Flagstaff around 6pm
Evening: Dinner at Beaver Street Cafe in downtown Flagstaff

Day 2: Flagstaff, AZGrand CanyonWilliams, AZHolbrook, AZ (260 miles)

Morning: Get picnic lunch, drive to Grand Canyon (80 miles on the US-180), explore
Afternoon: Drive back to Flagstaff via Williams, AZ (90 miles on AZ-64, i-40), visit Deer Farm
Evening: Early dinner at Diablo Burger in Flagstaff, drive to Holbrook, AZ (90 miles)

Day 3: Holbrook, AZSanta Fe, NM (340 miles)

Morning: Buy picnic lunch, drive to Petrified Forest National Park (40 miles)
Afternoon: Explore Petrified Forest, depart by 2pm (30 mile drive through petrified forest)
Evening: Drive to Santa Fe, NM, arriving around 7pm to dine at The Shed in downtown Santa Fe (270 miles)
